Days Hotel on University

The Days Hotel is a popular and modestly-priced housing option for institute participants. University of Minnesota Summer Guest Housing in a Resident Hall (Dorm)

Note: Updated information on dorm housing will be available in late spring 2024. Information below is from summer 2023.

The most basic and economical housing option on campus is summer guest housing in Pioneer Hall, a traditional style residence hall (student dormitory). Cost is approximately $62/night for a single occupancy room; $52/night for shared room (tax included). Rooms do not include private baths. Parking is an additional cost in a nearby parking ramp.
